Welcome to our Football Turf Booking Platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following policies.

1. Terms & Conditions

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a booking confirmation. Management reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking due to technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Arrival and Usage

Players are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled booking time. The booking period includes warm-up, playtime, and exit time. Extension of playtime is subject to availability and additional charges.

User Responsibilities

Users shall maintain discipline and sportsmanship while using the turf. Any damage caused to turf property, equipment, or facilities due to negligence shall be recoverable from the responsible user.

Prohibited Activities

Consumption of alcohol, smoking, tobacco products, drugs, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited within the premises. Misconduct may result in immediate termination of booking without refund.

Weather & Force Majeure

In case of adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, power failures or government restrictions, bookings may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of management.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund. No refund shall be provided for no-shows or unused bookings.

Cancellation by Management

If a booking is cancelled by management due to maintenance, weather conditions, operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances, users may receive a full refund or reschedule to an available slot.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 5 to 7 business days depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

Disputes

Any refund-related dispute shall be reviewed by management and the final decision shall be binding.

3. Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

We may collect your Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, Booking Details and Payment Reference Information. We do not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or banking passwords.

Use of Information

Information is used for booking management, payment processing, customer support, notifications and legal compliance.

Information Sharing & Security

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared only with payment providers, government authorities when legally required, and service providers necessary to operate the platform.

User Rights

Users may request correction or deletion of their personal information. We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time.
